Maha Shivratri is the day of Lord Shiva. It is the day, when Lord Shiva, rises from his prolonged Meditation at twelve o clock in the night. Maha Shivratri is an auspicious festival celebarted by the disciples of MahaGurudev. It comes about 40 days after the day of Badi Ganesh Chaturthi every year. This is a big festival for all disciples and Guruji’s family. The entire Sevadham mandir is decorated with flowers. The day starts with Pujya Papaji and Pujya Mummyji offering prayers at Sevadham mandir followed by people offering their prayers. On this day, all devotees offer Bel (a fruit), Bel Patra (The leaves of the Bilva tree) and Datura (fruit) to Lord Shiva. All these are very sacred and are adored by Lord Shiva. It is also believed that Goddess Laxmi resides in Bel. Likewise, a Nirjal upvas is kept by all devotees on this day. The fast is then opened with Jal (blessed water) distributed by Pujya Papaji to all the devotees and all the devotees take his blessings and eat Aloo ka Prasad and lemon Tea. A divine and a blissful atmosphere goes on throughout the day at Sevadham. Devotees throng Sevadham Ashram during this festival from many far off places.

Bada Guruvar (Big Thursday)

Every month, the Thursday that comes after Amavasya (No Moon Day) is celebrated as Bada Guruvar. Everybody offers the Prasad of Meethi Phuliyan at Sevadham Sthan, once Pujya Papaji performs Puja. Such is the power of Gurudev, that at the time of offering Prasad, anyone who makes a wish with pure heart, gets what he has wished for. Pujya Papaji spends the entire day in Seva at Sevadham and continues till late in night. Almost everyone gets a chance to speak to him about for their pains and problems and get them cured. A Prasad of khichri, tea & seera is served to everyone
