Gaushala Gaushala2

With the divine blessings of Param Pujya Guruji Maharaj and inspiration from Guruji maharaj, Papaji decided to build a “Gaushala” at Sevadham.

Papaji envisaged that the Gaushala be placed against a backdrop of scenic beauty. Ultimately, with the blessings of Pujya Guruji Maharaj and Pujya Mataji and by the dint of hardwork of Papaji and Mummyji, the dream has come true.

Sevadham Gaushala is based in Sevadham premises, which is situated on one and a half acres of land on the outskirts of Goveli gaon.

The inauguration of the Gaushala was done on the day of “Ekadashi” on 18th July, 2009.

Any visit to Sevadham is incomplete without a visit to the “Gaushala”. It is as important as the visit to the Mandir. Papaji likes staying here in the midst of his beloved “Gaumata” as he calls them.

Rotis made from bajra with some jiggery are offered with lot of devotion by all sevadharis. Serving a cow is considered as feeding “100 kanyas”. As it is rightly said, in one cow there is a “vaas” of 33 crores “devi-devta”.

The cows are taken care off by everyone. Their feeding and grazing times are fixed. Their complete medical checkup takes place every week by the vet doctor.
